This shop has got to be one of the best in the west midlands for many reasons. Would recommend it to anyone in a couple hours drive.

All the staff that have served me, from my knowledge, have been really helpful, polite and have always taken care of me. Not many gun shops do this today, so they have won me over completely.

The range of stock is extremely good, always something there that catches your attention, and intrigues you.

Very good prices and deals are a huge factor that keeps me coming back, they look after you every time, not just the first time you go.

In conclusion, they are a very good gun shop/outdoor shop, that will have what you want, for a good price, and very polite and knowledgeable staff to serve you. Big thankyou to all the staff.

Absolutely exemplary service. I bought an air rifle with scope on 21st July 2020. The advice and time spent showing me options within my budget helped me make a comfortable decision. Staff
So helpfull with the whole experience. A wealth of knowledge from true shooters who give you the best product for your need and budget not their sales figures. They also have a fully qualified, highly experienced gunsmith on site.
Aftercare
Second to none. I have introduced numerous people to these guys and to be fair its the same with them all.
Products
I have yet to ask for something that they either havent got or cannot supply an alternative of equal quality and price.

Huge range of brand new and second hand rifles, shotguns, air rifles and pistols, replica’s, soft air, archery and standard and custom made knives, clothing, targets, survival kit and general accesories.

I cant recomend these guys highly enough, espcially Alan and Tye. They will go totally out of their way to help you even if theres no purchase at the end. They invest the time to bring customers back time and time again.

This is worth a spare 30mins to have a look around although i think youll find that because of the welcome youll get youll be alot longer than 30mins.

4 guns shops in the Midlands I use…until I found these guys. Now this is the only one stop shop I’ll use from now on. Staff are spot on to help with advice and service, no pushy sales and no problems. Defo recommend for all your needs but be prepared to spend some money because they literally have it all…10/10 👍🏼

Super friendly efficient customer service. Unfortunately I live many miles away from the shop so have to deal with them mail order. I wish I lived closer as I would love to visit the shop (though it would probably cost me a fortune as it looks like Aladdins Cave in the photos on the web site). Bought a scope from them which unfortunately developed a slight fault. Contacted customer service (Tye) and returned the scope. Received a replacement by return of post no quibbles, no hassle just friendly service. Highly recommended.
